At HolisticLife.Center, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully.
Physical Products
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for physical supplements that are unopened and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at drketoheals@gmail.com with your order number.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Digital Products & Memberships
Due to the nature of digital products (e-books, software, licensed tools) and memberships, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted.
Consultations
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has been completed. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
