Consultation Services

Due to the personalized nature of our holistic health services, refunds are handled as follows:

• Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: 100% full refund.
• Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund of the amount paid.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refunds are issued.
• No-show: No refunds are issued.

Digital Products

Digital products (guides, programs, downloadable materials) are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.

Programs and Packages

Multi-session packages may be refunded for unused sessions, less a 15% administrative fee.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via email or contact form with your order number and reason for the request. We process refunds within 5-10 business days.
